1. PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
2. LOCAL DELIVERY
| Lighting & Accessories: | Delivery charges: HK$500 / job |
| Furniture: | Delivery charges: HK$1,500 / job |
| Area not directly accessible by trucks or by lift | Delivery charges: To be quoted case-by-case basis |
| Outlying islands, Discovery Bay, Park Island | Delivery charges: To be quoted case-by-case basis |
| Delivery via balcony, staircase or the condition of that building is not suitable for delivery of our merchandise by lift. | Delivery charges: To be quoted case-by-case basis |
● No delivery provided when a typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rainstorm warning signal is in effect. Delivery will be re-arranged.
3. OTHER CHARGES

4. RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can request for goods return or exchange. Please e-mail us at info@dentro.com.hk within 24 hours from the date you receive the goods. We will confirm your request of return order by e-mail.
If the product is made of natural material, we will not accept any exchange or refund due to any discrepancy of colour or pattern of the delivered item versus displayed item.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of sale and promotional items, display items, custom-made items, altered or assembled items, and defective item due to improper use. We will not, under any circumstances entertain a request for cash refund or credit note.
All shipment and transport costs involved in the exchange process will be borne by the customer.
[These terms and conditions are drafted in English and Chinese. If there is a conflict between the English and the Chinese version of these Terms then, to the extent permitted under applicable law, the English version shall prevail.]
